MZE Product Warranty
MZE warrants its products against manufacturing defects. Unless otherwise stated, the standard warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase.

MZE switches, electric strike and magnetic locks: 3-year warranty.
This warranty applies only to products that fail during normal use and does not cover improper installation or vandalism. Upon inspection, MZE will repair, replace, or issue credit for returned goods at its discretion.
The following are not covered under warranty:

Custom or “built-to-order” push/exit switches.

Removal or installation costs.
-
Damage due to improper storage, handling, care, misuse, abuse, or acts of God.
Except as stated above, MZE makes no other express or implied warranties, and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
1. Door Control, Acc ess Activation, or Locking Devices

No product will be accepted without an RMA.

Customers must provide the original invoice number or purchase order number to obtain an RMA.

Failure to follow procedure may result in claim rejection.
2. Access Control System Panels

Panels purchased through authorized MZE distributors require prior RMA approval from MZE customer service.

An RMA confirmation must be placed inside the product packaging before return to the distributor.

Failure to follow procedure may result in claim rejection.
Advance Product Replacement
At its discretion, MZE may provide advance replacement products (new or refurbished) upon submission of an RMA request.

Replacement products will be invoiced at net price.

The invoice will be fully credited once MZE receives the defective unit and confirms a manufacturing defect.

RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Products returned after expiration will not be credited.
Shipping / Receiving
All returns must be shipped prepaid and clearly reference a valid RMA number.

Products without a valid RMA number marked on both the package and shipping carton will be refused.
Inspection / Repair / Replacement / Credit

MZE will inspect and test returned products within 10 business days of receipt.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, MZE will repair, replace, or issue credit.

Custom and special-order products are not eligible for credit.

Fully operational products returned under RMA may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Products damaged due to incorrect installation, use, or abuse will not be repaired, replaced, or credited.
