MZE is unique among manufacturers in the industry with a range of policies that make purchasing easier. In the unlikely event our products do not meet customer expectations, we go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. From “no minimum order quantity” to “hassle-free returns,” MZE always puts customers first.

Freight Policy Update
Due to a sudden and significant increase in shipping costs, MZE is required to revise our freight shipping policy immediately. This includes additional charges for shipments under MZE’s account as well as free shipping orders.

🚚 Shipping

• All goods are shipped F.O.B. Factory.

• Standard delivery is via UPS or FedEx Ground service unless otherwise specified by the customer.

• Customers must file claims for transit damage or missing boxes directly with the carrier.

• Claims for packaging or ordering errors must be submitted directly to MZE within 10 days of receipt.

• Shipments to residential addresses or requiring a truck with liftgate will incur additional surcharges.

🎁 Free Shipping

• MZE provides free ground shipping on orders of $3,500.00 net or more, using MZE’s standard account.

• Free shipping is not available for shipments to residential addresses or those requiring liftgate service.

🏷 Customer Shipping Accounts

• MZE does not insure shipments via customer freight accounts. If items are lost or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with their carrier or insurance provider.

• When shipping under MZE’s account, MZE will cover customs and brokerage fees. For shipments using a customer freight account, these charges will be billed directly to the customer by the carrier, and MZE assumes no liability.

↩️ Returns

• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and include a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by MZE Customer Service.

• Any shipment sent freight collect will be refused.

• Products accepted for return will be shipped back prepaid by MZE.

💲 Prices

• All prices are Dealer List Prices, excluding tax, in Canadian or U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice.

⏳ Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to shipment. Orders will only be released for shipping once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

📦 Minimum Orders

• Minimum order value is $50.00.

• If a customer order falls below this amount, MZE Customer Service will contact the customer for instructions.
